How To Make Dill-ectable Dip (Dairy Free, Gluten Free)

  1. Combine vegan mayonnaise and room-temp cream cheese in a large mixing bowl. *I used Violife and Sir Kensington’s brands.

  2. Add fresh mint, fresh dill, minced onion, sauteed garlic, and seasonings.

  3. Mix thoroughly and enjoy chilled!

Equipment:

high speed electric mixer or food processor, dry measuring cups/spoons, large mixing bowl, cutting board

Ingredients:

1 cup vegan mayonnaise

8 oz vegan cream cheese (room-temperature)

3/4 cup fresh dill, finely chopped

1/4 cup fresh mint, finely chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

3 tbsp minced onion, dried

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp salt

1/8 tsp black pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients.

  2. Mix with an electric mixer or high speed blender.

  3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Serve with raw carrots, cucumber slices, crackers, and chips!
