How To Make Molten Lava Hazelnut Brownies

What sets our brownies apart is the ease and convenience of preparation. No longer will you need to wait for your oven to preheat or worry about achieving that perfect bake consistency. With our no-bake recipe, you can create these irresistible delights in a matter of minutes.

  1. Start by blending together almond flour, chickpea flour, hazelnut butter, brown sugar, maple syrup, unsalted vegan butter, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and sea salt in a food processor. This will create a sticky mixture that forms the base of the brownies.

  2. Press this mixture into a lined baking dish. Next, prepare the chocolate topping by melting vegan chocolate with coconut oil in a saucepan over low heat. Once melted, pour this luscious mixture over the brownie base.

  3. Pour on dairy-free milk, allowing it to soak in for a few minutes for the ultimate molten lava experience. BONUS: top with a spoonful of vegan vanilla ice cream if you want an even more plentiful dessert.

Where Can I Find Vegan Hazelnut Butter?

Our favorite vegan hazelnut butter is V Good, which is a brand made from chickpeas rather than hazelnuts. Their “Hazel-NOT Butter” is plant-based, gluten-free, and Top 14 allergen-free, making this an awesome choice for children, gatherings, and for anybody with food allergies.

Alternatively, make your own delicious vegan Nutella or hazelnut spread. Prepare extra to have on hand and serve on toast, waffles, pancakes, and oatmeal - the list goes on!
