12 medjool dates pitted
1/3 c peanut butter
1 c dark chocolate chunks

Instructions
Pit your medjool dates by slicing them down the middle (length-wise) and removing the seed. Place dates on parchment paper, silicone mat, or in a glass dish.
Stuff dates with peanut butter and top with peanuts.
Melt dark chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave or on the stovetop.
Using a fork or skewers, dip each date into the chocolate. Place back onto your dish.
Drizzle the remaining chocolate over the top of the dates, then sprinkle with sea salt.
Put dates in freezer for at least 20 minutes until chocolate has hardened.
Store in the freezer or refrigerator until ready to enjoy!
Notes
If you are using peanut butter that isn’t already sweetened, I recommend adding a little bit of maple syrup or sweetener of choice to this recipe.
