How To Make Cold-Pressed Juice Freezer Cubes

Using a juicer (we use Nutribullet), simply add in peeled carrots, celery, ginger, and lemon, and power on. Alternatively, use any other fruits and vegetables that you have on hand. There’s so many different flavor combinations to experiment with in the juicing world, so find ones that work for you!

How to Use Cold-Pressed Juice Freezer Cubes:

Conveniently, there are so many ways to use these freezer cubes. Simply fill your glass with cubes and allow to defrost, blend them up in a smoothie for a burst of flavor, allow them to melt as ice cubes in your water, or add to a glass with warm water and drink as tea.

Cold-Pressed Juice Freezer Cubes

Refreshing carrot, celery, ginger, and lemon juice freezer cubes extend the quality of your fruits and veggies, while nourishing your body in the most convenient, versatile, and delicious way.

Equipment:

Juicer, cutting board, silicone freezer molds or ice cube trays

Ingredients:

4 lemons

2 1/2 whole carrots

1 bunch of celery

1 large piece of ginger root

Instructions:

  1. Wash and peel ingredients.

  2. Place in juicer. Pour juice into silicone freezer cube molds and freeze overnight.

  3. Enjoy defrosted, blended in smoothies, or as a warm tea.
