Smooth, rich, and incredibly decadent – this avocado pudding is the dessert you need in your life! Packed with healthy fats and antioxidants, this chocolate delight is also nutritious enough to enjoy as a meal.

Equipment

  • High-speed blender

Ingredients  

  • 2 avocados medium ripe

  • 5 tbsp plant milk

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup cacao powder or cocoa powder

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Toppings

  • coconut cream

  • fresh berries

Instructions 

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until thoroughly combined.

  2. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Serve chilled with coconut whipped cream, berries, or chocolate garnish.
